By working with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Logo Design
- We offer unlimited revisions during the initial design phase.
Once the final design is approved, no refunds will be issued.
Any errors or defects reported within 15 days of delivery will be fixed at no additional cost.
2. Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures & Print Designs
- Unlimited revisions are provided during the design phase.
No refunds after final approval of the design.
Printing defects (if applicable) will be replaced or corrected within 15 days at no extra cost.
3. Merchandise Design (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Caps)
- Due to the custom nature of these items, refunds are not available after approval.
Any printing or embroidery defects will be corrected within 15 days.
4. Website Design & Development
- Refunds are not applicable once the design is approved and development has started.
We provide a 30-day support period after launch to fix bugs or issues at no extra cost.
5. Content Creation
- No refunds once content is delivered and approved.
Corrections or revisions for errors will be handled within 15 days.
6. Mobile App Development
- Refunds are not available once development begins.
A 30-day post-launch warranty is provided for bug fixes.
7. Marketing Services
- Monthly marketing services are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel future services at any time.
Revisions or fixes to deliverables will be handled within 15 days if needed.
8. SEO Services
- SEO services are monthly and non-refundable.
Clients can cancel upcoming billing cycles anytime.
SEO results depend on multiple factors; improvements typically take at least 3 months, and specific rankings cannot be guaranteed.
9. Paid Ads (Google Ads / Social Media Ads)
- Refunds are not applicable once campaigns are launched.
Any performance-related concerns will be reviewed and addressed promptly within 15 days.
10. Proofreading & Approval Disclaimer
- Once a client approves a design or print proof:
- Vintage Cyber Solution is not responsible for any errors (e.g., spelling, layout, or content mistakes).
It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all materials before final approval.
11. General Refund Policy
- Clients should report any dissatisfaction as soon as possible.
Refunds are only considered if we fail to deliver agreed services.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery.
12. Change of Mind Policy
- We do not offer refunds for “change of mind.”
